Shipping and Returns

At MORROW Coffee, we ship all of the orders using SF Express. All customers will receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

After the payment is received, orders usually ship within 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Items that are out-of-stock will ship in 1-2 weeks from the time that the order is placed.

Order will be delivered door-to-door within 1-3 working days after dispatch, working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Fees

• FREE Shipping will be automatically applied at checkout on orders over HKD300
• For any order under HKD300, shipping fee (HK$15) will be applied

** Please note that SF Express cancelled residential surcharge and remote areas surcharge from 1 September 2019. You may refer to SF Express offical website for more information about the shipping cost.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to health and safety reasons, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, please review your order before proceeding to checkout. If your received items are damaged during shipping, please email us at info@unicoffee.com.hk within 2 days from the delivery date, and provide us some photos of the damaged item.

Please verify the shipping address and information before placing an order, customers are responsible for the shipping costs for any undeliverable package.
